Eastern Porirua Regeneration Programme. Orogen served as a core civil engineering and land development partner within the Te Aranga Alliance, delivering infrastructure renewal and development design to enable the Eastern Porirua Regeneration Programme. Our role spanned brownfield redevelopment, bulk three-waters upgrades, hydraulic modelling, utilities coordination, subdivision enablement, and staged consenting pathways across Cannons Creek, Waitangirua, Ascot Park and surrounding areas. Orogen was selected for our deep Wellington-region experience, proven brownfield design leadership, and strong relationships with local authorities, Wellington Water, and iwi partners.

Multi-precinct delivery. Major precincts delivered include: Esk Block, where Orogen was civil design lead enabling approximately 120 new homes including renewals, bulk upgrades, staging, and consent strategy; Fantame North, a 35-unit redevelopment with attenuation and stormwater treatment; Matahourua North and South with integrated infrastructure upgrades and new roading; and Waka Arma Street with flood mitigation, three-waters renewals, and intensification support. Orogen also delivered a Sites Programme of full engineering approvals and servicing design for development of varying scale and complexity.
