Large-scale masterplanned community from retired farmland. Orogen was engaged to deliver the initial stages of the Ngarara subdivision in Waikanae, a masterplanned development comprising over 900 residential lots. The team provided comprehensive services across civil engineering, surveying, environmental compliance, and pump station design.
Infrastructure design and pump station delivery. Full design packages were delivered for roading, three-waters infrastructure, stormwater management systems, and sewer pump stations in accordance with Kapiti Coast District Council standards. Orogen designed, procured, and managed construction of a major sewer pump station.
