Orogen was engaged to deliver multi-stage residential subdivision services at Hinemoa Street in Levin. The project was structured to compress the development timeline, with Orogen leading contractor selection through negotiation rather than competitive tender to accelerate construction commencement. Stage 1 involved topographic survey, resource consent applications, detailed civil design for two construction phases covering earthworks site-wide followed by roading and services, and NZS 3910 contract administration throughout the construction programme.
Orogen prepared subdivision and land use consent applications to Horowhenua District Council, detailed civil engineering drawings, NZS 3910 contract documentation, and delivered full construction supervision including Clegg Hammer and Benkelman Beam testing, drainage testing, and progress claim certifications. The Land Transfer Survey, as-built documentation, and section 223 and 224c certification applications were delivered to complete the title process for each stage.
