Medium density leadership since 2001. Orogen has been instrumental in shaping the early design and consenting strategy for a series of medium-density townhouse developments across the Woodridge community, including Kawakawa, Glenwood, Hillside, Woodridge Drive Terraces, and the recently consented Lacebark Lane development.


Coordinated civil design and title delivery. Orogen has consistently delivered coordinated civil design packages supporting efficient consenting and staged delivery. Early-phase work has included feasibility assessments, stormwater and wastewater strategy development, and the preparation of scheme plans aligned with Wellington City Council requirements.
