Medium density delivery in Eastern Porirua. Orogen was engaged to provide exclusive civil engineering and surveying services across Matahourua North (20 Matahourua Crescent and 1 Fawn Street) and Matahourua South (16A-E Matahourua Crescent and 8-9 Dido Place) in Cannons Creek, Porirua. Orogen delivered complete civil design packages including stormwater and wastewater connections, right-of-way pavement design, and engineering approvals. Scope extended from pre-construction design through to construction monitoring, subdivision compliance, and cadastral surveying.
Construction monitoring and title delivery. During the construction phase, Orogen delivered Construction Monitoring at CM2 level, comprehensive Quality Assurance and Certification, civil as-built plans, and subdivision compliance management. The team also directly supported the vertical build partner with civils and dwelling setout, building location certification, cadastral survey and title creation, and consent condition management. Connections were coordinated to the proposed Cannons Creek wetland along with new internal roading.
