A community housing in Eastern Porirua: this is a multi-unit residential development aimed at delivering new housing for the Paefika community. Orogen was engaged to provide comprehensive surveying and civil engineering services across all phases of the project, from concept design through to construction monitoring and subdivision certification. Orogen prepared leasehold Unit Title plans showing principal units, accessory units, and common property, and delivered full civil engineering plans for drainage, water, roading, and utilities.
Engineering delivery and compliance. Orogen completed engineering and roading approval applications, construction monitoring including inspections, testing, and certification across earthworks, drainage, water, and roading, and preparation of professional engineering statements for subdivision certification. Survey as-builts, dwelling setout, and the complete Unit Title survey and cadastral dataset were delivered with coordination with LINZ and conveyancing teams. The project was delivered in compliance with NZS4404, NZS4431, and the Unit Titles Act, with coordination across Wellington Water, Porirua City Council, and utility providers.
