Complex earthworks and commercial development consenting. Orogen was engaged to deliver civil engineering, resource consent, and construction supervision services for the commercial redevelopment of 52-54 Raiha Street in Porirua, a large site earmarked for a major commercial warehouse facility.
Three waters design and dual agency consenting. Orogen delivered detailed design packages for stormwater, wastewater, water supply, and utilities infrastructure servicing the site, including stormwater attenuation, a rain garden treatment device, a wastewater pumping solution, and extension of Porirua City Council water and wastewater mains.
