Infrastructure master planning for a long-term development programme. Orogen was engaged to contribute to the Infrastructure Master Plan for the Tara-Ika development in Horowhenua, a large-scale master planned residential programme off Queen Street East in the Levin area. The engagement covers infrastructure master planning, resource consent preparation, civil design, and staged development advisory.
Staged consent strategy and design delivery. Orogen prepared civil documents for the earthworks resource consent and civil and survey documents for the subdivision resource consent, working alongside the project planning consultant and design architect. The infrastructure master plan was prepared to guide staged delivery and support future consent applications.
