Historic boundaries and complex terrain. The property at 339 The Terrace presented several challenges requiring careful navigation. The underlying property boundaries were created in July 1873 on DP 4 with minimal survey activity since, creating uncertainty around boundary accuracy and definiteness. The site also featured steep, complex terrain requiring detailed topographic capture.
Survey delivery and outputs. Orogen delivered detailed topographic capture of general site levels and 0.5m contour mapping, boundary levels to support Building Recession Plane compliance, existing building footprints, significant trees, drip lines, paths, walls, fences, and visible service openings.
