Historic boundaries and complex terrain. The property at 339 The Terrace presented several challenges requiring careful navigation. The underlying property boundaries were created in July 1873 on DP 4 with minimal survey activity since, creating uncertainty around boundary accuracy and definiteness. The site also featured steep, complex terrain requiring detailed topographic capture.
