Large-scale logistics facility on a constrained commercial site. Orogen provided civil engineering design and construction-phase services for the development of a new national distribution centre at Grenada Village. Working from stabilised subgrade on a site where earthworks had been completed by others, Orogen delivered the complete civil package through to building consent and construction completion - covering pavement design, drainage reticulation, stormwater attenuation, water supply, tender procurement, and construction supervision.

Stormwater neutrality on a heavily paved industrial site. Resource consent conditions required stormwater neutrality - no increase in pre-development flows to the downstream network. Orogen designed a three-part attenuation system comprising two dry detention ponds (155 m3 and 45 m3) and an underground Chambermaxx tank (40 m3), providing 240 m3 of combined storage. The system was verified against the 10-year and 100-year storm events to confirm controlled discharge and protection of the building floor level. Orogen prepared full civil drawings, a PS1 Design Producer Statement, ran the NZS 3910 civil tender, supervised construction, and assembled the drainage completion report to support the Code of Compliance submission.
