Steven Martinovich

Steven is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor at Orogen with over 13 years of experience across New Zealand and the United Kingdom, including over six years at Orogen. He is based out of Palmerston North and brings a broad skill set spanning Land Transfer cadastral surveying, topographic surveying, construction set-out for civils and precise building construction, as-builting, resource consenting and scheme design. Steven has also developed civil engineering design capability using 12d, including earthworks, three waters and utilities design taken through to resource consent and engineering approval. His project experience includes major developments such as the Te Aranga Alliance in Eastern Porirua, Brookside in Whitby, Tara-Ika in Levin, and large-scale residential subdivisions across the Wellington, Kapiti, Manawatu and Horowhenua regions.
