Joel Sevilla

Joel is a Design Engineer at Orogen with 19 years of experience in land development and infrastructure projects across New Zealand and Australia. He specialises in the full cycle of civil design from consenting through to construction, with expertise in earthworks, roading, drainage, water reticulation and utilities. Joel is highly proficient in AutoCAD, 12d and Civil 3D, and has contributed to wide range of residential subdivisions and land development projects across New Zealand and major projects in Australia including the Sydney Light Rail, the Legacy Way Tunnel in Brisbane.
