Darcy Brittliff

Darcy is a Director and Principal Engineer at Orogen and a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer with extensive experience in urban infrastructure and land development projects throughout New Zealand. His expertise spans project feasibility, infrastructure strategy and planning, detailed design across water supply, sewer, stormwater, pump stations, roading and earthworks, civil contract procurement and management, and professional engineering evidence for Council and Environment Court hearings. Darcy assists clients from early feasibility through to project delivery, and often fulfils a governance role on complex multi-stakeholder projects.
