Andy Malcolm

Andy is a Project Manager at Orogen with over 25 years of experience in civil project management and infrastructure design, drawing on a background across both civil engineering consultancy and civil contracting. This combination gives Andy a practical, commercially aware approach to project delivery, with the ability to guide projects from concept design through council approval, procurement and construction to completion. Andy has delivered projects across New Zealand and internationally including urban development in Vietnam, road design in Fiji, and major infrastructure in North Africa and Malaysia. At Orogen, Andy is a member of the senior leadership team and leads overall project delivery across the civil portfolio, with a strong focus on process, accountability and team development.
